This is a
Prelude by Sergei Rachmanninov (op.23, no.4 in D major) that I am still working on but I enjoy playing immensely. Here, I am playing on a beautiful Bösendorfer piano (that you can see in the pictures) at the basement of the
Austria Center Vienna one night during the
EGU25. It's recorded with my cellphone and there are many imperfections, but it still sounds nice enough so I decided to share with you, combining the music with pictures on the piano over many years.
Dedicated to all who believe that music transcends, that it can express the inexpressible, bridge gaps between people,
and transport you to different states of mind and memories.
