Synopsis:

The Payerne solar farm combines renewable energy production with eco-grazing, where sheep maintain vegetation under solar panels. However, transporting the sheep between multiple grazing sites poses logistical and economic challenges, highlighting the loss of Switzerland's traditional transhumance practice. The film envisions reconnecting urban and pastoral life through routes linking golf courses, parks, schools, and gardens, integrating sheep into city spaces. This model promotes biodiversity, sustainability, and a deeper connection between people, animals, and nature, ultimately imagining a harmonious, barrier-free coexistence in urban landscapes.
