Synopsis:

The fishermen of Lake Leman are struggling to make ends meet in the face of a declining population of noble fish. Restaurants, wholesalers and private customers are reluctant to cook with the other species of fish of the lake because they're perceived as less tasty. This short film aims to explore how the fishermen and women can enable this change in perception, as they did a few decades ago when they democratised fera around the lake. Architecture can also play a role in this process.
